Privacy Notice (Personal Data)

This notice explains how your personal data is processed on the Nova Terra Worker Application and Eligibility Tracking System, under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The Turkish version is legally binding.

Data we process

Name, surname, year of birth, passport number, phone number and trade; the passport and ID images, CV, medical certificate, skill videos and other documents you upload; documents sent to you (contract, visa, invitation); and the records of your application process.

Why

To receive your application, carry out the preliminary eligibility check, run the recruitment, work permit and visa processes with the employer and your recruitment agency, tell you about missing documents, and deliver official documents to you.

Who receives it

Only the employer you applied to, the agency that registered you, sworn translators/notaries and the competent authorities and consulates, as far as the process requires. This includes transfer from your country to Türkiye, based on your explicit consent and the KVKK Article 9 standard contract.

How long

For the legal retention periods after your process ends; after that the data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may ask whether your data is processed, request correction or deletion, and object to processing. You pay no fee for applying. Use the "Help and complaints" form on your page or the company page to contact the Nova Terra team.
